Dustin S. Crouse

Elder Law Attorney Dustin S. Crouse leads the firm by helping clients navigate the legal issues involved with planning for the future, coping with the present, and managing the past. Whether a client is in need of a simple estate plan, help managing the estate of a lost loved one, or seeking protection and care for a family member in need, he will counsel you so that you understand the law and how your situation can best be resolved.

As a native of Knoxville, Tennessee, Mr. Crouse enjoys being involved in the community he grew up in. He is a frequent lecturer on topics covering estate planning, special needs planning, and estate administration. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Knoxville Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association Estate Planning and Elder Law Sections, March of Dimes' Knoxville Executive Leadership Team, and the Advisory Board with Girls, Inc. of Knoxville. He has also spent the past six years assisting the Christian Academy of Knoxville's boys soccer program, including three state championships. He currently lives in the Farragut community with his wife Deborah.

Attorney Dustin S. Crouse is licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee and United States District Court, Eastern District of Tennessee, as well as being registered attorney with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
