Event: Firearms in Estate Planning & Administration

Do you have a collection of firearms as part of your estate plan? Have you recently inherited firearms and do not know what to do with them? Are you an executor faced with the management of estate firearms? Planners, administrators, and beneficiaries of firearms all have important, and potentially dangerous, obligations tied to the passing and receiving of certain firearms.

On May 4, 2018, Attorney Dustin S. Crouse will be presenting alongside other local professionals that can help answer any questions you may have on how firearms are handled in estate planning and estate administration. Some topics to be discussed include:

  1. Gun Laws and Firearms Designations

  2. NFA Firearms: Categories, Registration and Possession

  3. Transfers of Firearms: Key Rules and Tools

  4. Firearms Forms

  5. Legal Ethics

  6. Firearms in Estate Administration

This event is hosted by the National Business Institute and is eligible for Continuing Education credits for qualifying professionals.
